Cohen & Company Inc. announced that, effective January 21, 2011, it changed its name to "Institutional Financial Markets, Inc." The Company's common stock continues to be listed with NYSE Amex, and its shares began trading under the symbol "IFMI" on January 24, 2011. The Company's common stock ceased trading under its former name (Cohen & Company Inc.) and stock symbol (COHN) following the close of market on January 21, 2011. The Company's operating subsidiaries continue to operate under their current names.
